I love your golfball pineapple tarts! Each ball is so full of pineapple filling and the butter is fragrant and pastry melts in your mouth. Ambrosia Delights really impressed me with their bakes. The pineapple tarts had a melt‑in‑the‑mouth pastry with a well‑balanced, tangy‑sweet filling. The brioche (bun) was soft, fluffy and nicely buttery, while the banana cake was moist, fragrant and full of real banana flavour. Overall, a delightful experience that I’d happily recommend to others.

The banana loaf, brownies, sugee cookies and pineapple tarts were all perfectly turned out and very delicious. Brought back my childhood memories of the 50s and 60s of devouring exclusive English and Dutch culture bakery and confectionery in Srilanka.
